3. Those people that belongs to Vata type they are normally live in thoughts, creative and competitive. The Vata type belongs with winter season.

Below we give some beauty tips about winter winter. You can take advantage of these winter beauty tips and can easily solve your problems in the dry winter.
1. Use soap, moisturizing creams and other laundry products that are suitable for your skin.

You should try to use those products and soaps that are made by natural products and do not contain them on chemicals. Do not change your soap again and again, using baby oil for soft skin.
2. In the winter, take a bath (2 to 3 times a week) after a break and use lukewarm water instead of hot water.
Because hot water burns your skin cells and makes your skin dry. Rub soap slowly over your body as you take a bath instead of rubbing hard.
3. Use a soft cloth instead of a towel, as this will make your skin soft for a long time. Clean soap completely out of your body while you take a bath and use moisture, glycerine or rose water on your facial skin.
4. Take the milk bath at least once a week, because a milk bath makes your skin soft and clean.

Take a bath full of water now add 1 cup of dry milk, 1 to 2 teaspoons of almond oil and 10 drops of orange juice. Now sit in this solution for 5 minutes.
